I am in CCD- network operations . Its been 2 years now and my team has shrunk to just 2-3 members and there is too much work load.Currently Looking out for IJP but it seems HR has restricted the timeline to 36 months within the same department and only after completing the given time line I can apply for IJP.
Is it true for the rest of the departments as well ?

I am, from Chandigarh DC. I don’t think it is same for other departments, it’s 18 months for IJP I guess
