Trending @Infosys; Any updates on ORC hike letters. What is the eligibility criteria? Any idea.

But what is the criteria. I joined in Dec 2023, so am I eligible?

I pinged few bphrs of orc unit and only got reply from two One asked me to ask the person I initially asked saying she's the bphr for my unit. The first lady told me from next week we will start getting hike letters.

Pls take it with a grain of salt as it might get delayed too
