Initially i also used to feel the same, but there's a reason why the mostly hire MBA's here- you can become client solution leads if you don't wanna go in sales- which i personally don't like because of target pressure. Secondly, i have team members who have gone as bid managers into entirely different industry (non IT) with handsome pay packages. So that option should also be open.

Same, unless we move to sales, which is mostly onsite here (except INDP which is again a bad unit)
