Not worthy after L3 In Infosys… not much hike you will get then … very rare people get much hike …

How much time it takes to become L2 from L1 ? Are there any other eligibility criteria also like rating or hackathon participations ?

2.5 to 3.5.If you do OpenSource article hackathons etc then early do nothing 3.5.I did not see L1 and 4 YOE
