I recently received an offer to work from client GCC. The contract is for 18 months, and after that, I’m hoping to get an offer from the client. Is it a good idea to stay for the full 18 months? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Sounds like a large US based FS account. Don’t count in the offer as that will depend on your performance and budgets they will have at end end of 18 months. If you are getting 80-100% more than your current pay , I would day then take it up. Covers the uncertainty after 18 months
Thanks for the suggestion but yeah its not FS account its proximus,they are setting up an office in India.
I feel it’s not worth it,but my manager says they generally offer very good packages,I am thinking to switch but worst case if I still stay in infy for 18 months then it would be better to take that client offer which will be given only if I work at gcc for 18months from now, so accepted to work from Gcc for now.
