Trending @Infosys; Annual hike even after Role change?
Recently, I got Role change from jl3 to jl4 also I got hike for role change. So will I be eligible for Annual hike, as i didn't get any hikes till now for past 3.5 yrs?

You will be eligible but you will get very less hike, again it depends on the project, your manager and your dependency in the project
