Trending @Infosys; Annual hike criteria

Can someone clarify, does Infosys provide an annual hike? I joined as a fresher in May last year and was expecting an average salary hike this May. However, I haven’t received any communication or email about it yet. Does anyone know the criteria for getting a hike? Or does the company expect employees to work for years on the same salary?
