I have joined on December 2024 in infy as specialist programmer L1 so when can u expect the hike? Am I eligible for this year hike(Annual hike) ? When can I expect the promotion for Specialist programmer L2?

Promotion for L2 requires around 3 years as L1, and its a very lengthy process also depends on luck, it's better to switch rather then waiting for L2 you will get better pay
