Need to know how things work in a ODC, I am a fresher and have been instructed to work from ODC, I have heard that it's too strict inside ODCs, like will the 3.5 hours in office will apply on odc also, or I have to complete 3.5 hours or more in the odc separately?

Don't believe what you have heard. Always follow the instructions given to you by your manager/leads. Different ODC's have different guidelines so clarify your queries with your manager/lead.
