In infosys I am consultant with package of 14.25LPA. YOE: 6.5
Underpaid lol, I am a consultant and after getting last year appraisal inam getting 13 lpa , so definitely u are getting more. Lol 🤣🤣. This is Beggar organisation where managers ( l7 and above ) most of them are donkeys and they do not value knowledge because they lack that. Better switch bro.

Depends on your skillset / domain and the actual Role you play today not your designation. The days when salary and years of experince had a relation is long gone.

I think fairly paid if think about the position. But for 6.5 yoe, definitely underpaid should switch and aim for 18-20 with this yoe

No it's not average for consultant with similar experiences the payrange minimum is 8 Lpa And maximum is around 22 Lpa so you are in moderate position

No under paid .I am getting 16 LPA 3years 6 months.You need to switch.
