Trending @Infosys; Am I the only one who's completely satisfied with my job except the pay

I work 3-4 hours a day. Lead and manager are chill and supportive. The pay is low, only 5 lpa. But can't complain since I play games and watch movies most of the time.

I see many folks doing this day in day out in my account. Most large client projects are over staffed and there is Redundancy as client managers budget/estimate way higher than what’s needed so that they can secure funding. So many folks barely have 2-3 hours of work. ( also depends on how familiar they are with tech in the project) most of the whiling away their time on Insta/YouTube/ OTT / games

Use the same time (at least half of it to upgrade your skills), I am also working almost 4-5 hrs a day only. But I keep 1 hr aside to learn a, new tool/technology. I want to grow in RPA hence learning UiPath.

Else if you go like this, you will see people around you are getting increment day by day & you will still get 5 LPA but life will be anyways "chill", you know what I mean by " chill".🫣
