Need a quick reality check from the community here.
I joined around 1.5 years back as a lateral hire into JL3, got placed in DNA with a project. Recently got promoted to JL4, and my current CTC is somewhere around 15 LPA (includes performance bonus).
Now here’s where my overthinking kicks in — after reading a few posts here, I feel like I might be on the higher end of the pay scale for my role. And while I’m obviously not complaining, it’s making me a bit anxious. 😬
Has anyone else felt this way? Is this normal or am I just giving myself unnecessary stress?

Are you anxious or need a validation that “wow you are at higher end” . You should have concern that with less experience and great package most of the companies won’t take you. So don’t be anxious be afraid
