Trending @Infosys; Almost at the dead end...
Joined Infosys interview 2021 after MBA as an ACONZ at 8 LPA. I was taken in bid management (VLDN as Infosys calls it) 5 years completed and I am a consultant at ~14 LPA).
Trying to move out but usually facing issues due to high notice period of 90 days. Or I get pay lower than the one I have at present.
My students, whom i taught, are at better places than I am. Like 20-25+. With almost same YoE.
Seeking guidance.
Uff, Please believe people are drawing less salary than you, I know in infy people with 9+ years experience are still having package less than 10lpa.
Its okay you are not alone, many are in same boat.
Try IJP, Bridge or re-start prepare well and switch.
Even I am badly messed up, but let's re-start , rebuild and let's stop worrying.
I know its not as easy as we speak. Even I am going through the rough phase.
7 yrs experience and 6.5 lpa 😁
5 yoe still 3.6 lpa 😭😭
