It means from Jan to March. You can expect the hike to be issued from Jan 1st even though they give the hike letter in Feb or March

dont read it with the way the media wants you to read it in a sensational manner
It's the same thing that we all already know internally that the hikes will be there for the 4th quarter of FY25 or Q4 ( ie year 2024-25) i.e. from January 2025. If there is actuall further delay then we are doomed, not before that 😅 It's just kind of click bait news in open media.
