Trending @Infosys; Advise on how to Negotiate
Hi professionals,
I have selected for below companies for SAP MM profile
- PwC with 60% hike for senior Associate Consultant position 2)Deloitte with 100 % hike for Consultant position 3)Wipro with 150% hike for senior project Engineer position
& Infosys is giving On-site Opportunity for Mexico
Can you please advise that which company is better for SAP Consulting ?
Also how to negotiate with PwC & Deloitte to get 150% hike ? Is there any risk if I ask for counter offer ?

Broooooo, after considering hike % if your package goes till 18-20 just leave Infosys & join other org. Its better than sitting in Mexico

Infy onsite is waste especially for Mexico. You can't make money. Moreover visa is just a trap to save resources. How much will they spend for visa ? Max 1lk. If they hire new resource they have to pay double your package. Go with deloitte and ready slog more hours.

I think it's good to try and ask PWC for a raise. I'm sure Delloite will not offer more, because they feel their company is much superior to others, so even if candidate is offered less, they expect us to join.
I'd choose PWC/Wipro based on which company pays more. I'd go for Delloite only if other options don't work well.
150% is a good hike considering the current job market ( most companies offer 30-50%) and 6yoe should be earning anywhere between 20-25lpa in most companies.
Onsite is just a myth. Most people struggle to meet the expenses in the foreign country with the salary Infosys provides. It will definitely improve your quality of life, but will not help you to save.

Thanks @BornProdigy

Go with Any company whichever gives you a good hike. Avoid going on-site.

Mexico is a dangerous country. Very high crime rates.

I would suggest go for Deloitte with 💯
