Trending @Infosys; Advice needed on salary negotiation

I have total around 8 years of exp. and 6.5 years of relavant experience in SAP ABAP. Didn't switch company till now due to personal reasons. So my current salary is stuck at 10.5lpa including 17 percentage variable pay. I recently gave interview to Accenture and cleared it, they released offer letter directly without any salary negotiations with 11.7lpa fixed excluding 27 percentage variable pay. I haven't accepted the offer and emailed them saying I have concerns with salary and location, got reply that HR would contact me soon. I think they will show my current CTC as reason for the low salary they offered, how much can I ask for without making them revoke the offer letter totally? Honesty Infosys provided me that comfort when my personal life was filled with chaos and in the layoffs market I feel infosys is way better than Accenture. Since I decided to switch now,I better get the best offer I could get. Give suggestions for better salary negotiation and please let me know your experiences.

I dropped them an email bro, they said they would connect with me by EOD that day, but it's been 2 days. They are not bothered to connect and negotiate. Now I don't understand whether to put papers, accept this offer hoping I would get other offer. Or reject , don't put papers and keep looking for other opportunities.

If you are on notice period you can do offer shopping then you can increase your CTC.

What is role or level you got offered with check that once And call Hr tell that your expectation are 18 to 20LPA Since i known some folks from circle who got switched to accenture with 3yrs exp in sap abap for 12LPA and people to 4 to 5+ exp from data engineering are getting around 16 to 18lpa
