What action is Infosys taking if we are not adhering to WFO mandate? Are they deducting leaves or Variable pay is impacted. Has anyone faced any action?

If you don't follow the 10-day WFO rule, expect leave deductions. Variable pay might also take a hit. Yes, some have faced these actions. Stick to the rules.

Infy is one of the companies where wfh rules are not that stringent. There are companies where 3 days wfh per week is mandatory or some of them have made all the days mandatory. Please it's better to adhere to this rule as most of the employees are following this. If you have a genuine reason then you can talk to your unit managers, they will look into your case.
