I don't get involved in any politics I don't even care.. I just do my work and lead my team..that's all I know..I was expecting that we get promoted soon if we be an acting manager.is nt that so..

Being an acting manager is like being a stand-in actor. No real power, just a puppet show. Promotion? Depends on your puppeteer's mood. Kabhi kabhi toh, it's all about chamchagiri, isn't it? What's your take on office politics?
