Trending @Infosys; ACON Wave 19 Deferred and considered for ACON Wave 21

I got selected for ACON in wave 19 Q4 24 and they defeated that time.now I got mail they are considering as for wave 21 and our role change will be on Q4 25 . Should I wait or change company as now my package is 3.9 so if I switch also I will get may be same around 7.5 or 8 and if my role changes also I will get same 7.5 in Infosys itself.
