Hi All ! Recently for Q1 FY'25 ACON nominations are opened, but unfortunately they had made not eligible for IVS IQE unit. On some investigation later got to know this unit is not participating in Brigde Program for Q1 and Q2. Is this justified ?

I don't know the details regarding above, but there are openings in IJP for acon...check those once.... don't know if compensation would be same or differ.

Not justified At all.. Bridge program to judge employee based on his potential not on the basis of Unit or role.

I dont think the bridge program folks are responsible for this as far as i heard its because IQE unit did not want to release folks for next two quarters.... its probably due to some hiring freeze

Hiring freeze is just the excuse IQE has the highest bench and those who will be selected for ACON would not be more than 50 60 folks per unit.

It's just unfair. How can a unit be marginalized. Why such a disparity among units. Everyone want growth and career progression.

Yes.. Better raise an issue in the HEAR portal against this disparity among units..
