Congratulations to those who are selected in ACON Bridge Program !! Those who got selected, can you please suggest what important things (like no. of attempts and time taken per question, total time taken, attire, eye contact, fluency, etc.) need to be kept in mind while preparing for the Video Assessment round ? As per your experience this time, what are the best points do you suggest to keep in the answers which are the key towards getting selected ? (Actually I was not selected this time 😔)
What is this bridge programme? Is it specifically for ACONs?
It is for peoples who have completed 2 yrs in Infosys who wants to go in consulting. Acon - associate consultant
Yea I am an Acon who wants to go to consulting? Where can I get full info for this? I tried to search bridge program in my mailbox but only "power programmer" results showed up.
Is thr any one to one interview happened during this training
No first you have to give acon certification and then there is one video assessment where you have to give answers to 4,5 questions like introduce yourself, why you want to join acon,etc.
N after clearing video assessment you put into training sessions after that any personal interview or anything like that happened?
Hi @SdCorp @Tester_Pavu if we have DQ =< 75 so we are eligible for direct video round or have to attempt acon certification??
@SdCorp are folks on bench with no project experience are eligible for acon - associate consultant?
I think you need to be in a project for at least 1.5 years to be eligible for ACON Bridge Program.. You may once check by raising AHD with Bridge team..
My total experience in Infosys is 2 years 5 months with 0 year project working experience.. I have been put into project code for a short period of time and then auto release. With negligible project time period on alcon details I think it must be difficult for me to apply for alcon . However I will try what you are saying about raising AHD.
You can check with the team about the cut off and what's your score if they provide
And also, what was the cut off for round 1?
