Hello guys,

I just wanted to understand the expected hike percentage after successfully clearing the ACON Bridge Program and transitioning from the TA role to Senior Associate Consultant as I have been in the TA role for almost 2 years now, so any insights would be greatly appreciated.

If your ctc is less than 7.5 then it is 7.5 lpa

I thought 7.5 lpa is for people transitioning from JL3 to JL4 role.

Still applies even if transitioning from TA to ACON, only difference would be that you will be Senior ACON

You can apply for CON bridge program if you have completed 1 year in your current role. The bridge program happens every 3 months.
