I have DQ as 120 and Got Commendable Rating in Last appraisal But didn't got any exception in Acon Associate Consultant Bridge. But few Folks have 120 DQ got the exception mail.

Any Idea or suggestion. Does I need to do something.

If your score is in the Top 10% in your unit and TPU higher than some 50% then you will be excluded

Yes it is, Because as per infybot 120 is highest in jl3 in my unit
