Hi all I became Senior Systems Engineer in January 2025 but in bridge program learning and carrier why it is showing you are not eligible for ACON as well as in DSE?? Could anyone help me with this I'm having doubt???

Raise a IHD ticket and check..!!! Most of the time bridge team doesn't have answer an answer 😂 They say if your are eligible, portal will show eligible🫠

Don't stick to only bridge programs, apply IJP, set your top 3 skills in L&C, as per that the skills set openings would be visible🫡

Try to nominate in next quarter. You should spend atleast 6 months in SSE. Bridge program will be 6 months process. So at the final stage you will be completing 1 year. Hence your eligible for next role.
