Hi guys,

Ive been placed in PIP and have been given 3 certifications to complete in icount.

Should I accept or leave it as it is? My only concern is if I accept and fail to achieve the target. Will I get terminated?

For me, I am frontend developer, they gave middleware and sql

If you reject it, you will still be terminated. You can connect with HR and negotiate for severance package of 5 months of you don’t intent to accept PIP
