I interviewed in Accenture. Cleared the Technical Round and Managerial Round. They neither had any HR round nor any salary expectation discussion and directly rolled out the offer letter with 7.6LPA + VA (22%).

I have 6years experience as a developer and it feels like they are offering below market standards. They haven't even given 50% hike.

When asked, they clearly denied to negotiate.

Anybody faced the same? Any feedback is welcome.

same for me. they are calculating the hike based out of our monthly net income which we getting it after all deductions.

You too didn't have any salary discussions? I didn't expect this from Accenture. The HR just disconnected the call on my face!!!!

This is a scam happening now a days ,even happened to me. EY gds did it. Indian HR needs to have a spine . Useless HR people

For 6 yr experience it's very low please discuss budget for role and then accept it
