Trending @Infosys; About wfo policy

Hi guys, My client has mandated to work for 10 days a month from office. Manager said if I don't, HR might take disciplinary action. Can anyone tell me what action they will take? Can they terminate me because of this?

Even If they don't take action
They won't approve WFH... Leaves will deduct for each day....once leaves are over then LOP

HR can also terminate in 1-2 weeks ... They deal with it like that only nowadays

Wfh is auto approved Will HR directly terminate or will warn before?

Also your manager can reject your attendance and it may lead to you to apply leave or result in LOP.

Cant you just go straight 10days and apply WFH rest of them? Or even this is in manager hands?

I am able to apply wfh for all days. But higher managers are now tracking who is not coming to office.

If wfh in infy me is changed to days then nothing can be done.
You must go to the office.
For me 12 days work from the office is mandatory and following it from more than a year

For me wfh is still in hours, but they are tracking who is not coming

Your wfh will not be approved by manager and this will be resulting in LOP if manager and hr both are against. You can have a call with manager if you have some serious issues die to which not able to go to office for a while, bit at the end it is going to be compulsory like before

I can't go to office, I am trying to work from home for as long as it is possible. And wfh is auto approved

Ofcourse... They are strict on WFO policy. Unless u don't have manager support or exceptional approvals.

Oh, I don't have exceptional approvals. Will they warn before terminating or might directly terminate?
