Hello All, Currently on medical leave diagnosed with major medical issues I applied in loss of pay leave for 1 month can anyone know how many days or months max to max we will take a medical leave in loss of pay. Please comment down if anyone knows. Thanks in Advance.

I don’t think there is a limit. I know someone who is out for more than a year. Keep your hr informed, your will be moved to bench so your manager will keep changing. So give an approx time you will need to current HR so that she can give you suggestions
