Trending @Infosys; A very bad project
I have got some spring boot batch process project and the lead is literally harassing all people I am not exaggerating she everyday takes calls and asks for status and if you don't say 30-40% increase she be like why you are not able to do ? What is a blocker ? Now I joined the Organization new and then this project as well so all setup is not working yet and she asks me to complete the Job, how to complete I do not have anything 😔 Also she asks all to work on weekends too... Most people are working on every weekends, I asked for release from this project but she is not giving.
I legit regret joining Infosys
If you are in a project for more than 2 years, then you can opt for fluid which allows you to move to different project and your manager cannot stop you. Additionally, you can reach to gpm if it's getting worse

Same things happening with me also.. infosys manager really worse.. they don't care about their employees 😞

Then You guys don't have idea about Infosys Equinox...The worst of all...Here even Director manager is so toxic that even senior people cuss them.. Everyday is like hell here.
