Trending @Infosys; A complex question (Rating, bench and Job Offer)

I have been on the bench for the past 4 months, The past project manager was a micro-managing asshole, who on many instances made it clear he doesn't like the current generation of employees. Used to make unwarranted comments on girls and GF-BF culture. BTW he is around 40 still unmarried. And IDK why but always had a feeling he didn't like me even though my reporting manager and I had a very good relationship. Now Cut to this month I see I've been given an NI rating and the appraiser was that asshole manager only. I'm not saying I deserve a commendable rating or anything as such but NI is something I never expected. Now my questions,

  1. I have 2 Job offers as of now, both joining data in 1 month. So for early release from the company what's the best approach?
  2. While approaching HR for early release what is the best excuse to give so that they can't refuse the early release?
  3. As per my understanding if you get NI, you get two options PIP or Immediate release with 3 months pay. If yes when can I expect that call from HR? I got my ratings on 22nd December.
  4. Shall I wait for the Call (PIP/Early release)before approaching for immediate release?

Currently are you on bench or project? If you are on project, NPis still 90 days. But, you can say higher studies or if you are female emplyee, getting married moving abraod. For NI, PIP can happen in Mar-Apr.

his personal opnions about latest generation Vs Rating there is no relation, please note everyone has their own opions, feelings. Either you have to accept or debate.

I'm on the bench as mentioned in the post, I understand everyone has their views but making comments about girls lacking character and crying always in teams call is something I call misogyny. But anyways if on the bench will they release immediately if Rating NI?
