Got one mail from a manager She has mentioned : "We have seen that people attending office regularly and working as a team to connect,collaborate and ideate are able to learn and get necessary skills quicker and get projects faster."

Now, let me tell you the truth

It's completely wrong , I'm coming to office since 1.3years met manager, bench anchors Got project? No 😅didi ne saste nashe krke mail kra hai.

Anyway I'm coming to office, sitting in the corner of a cubical doing courses and going back to room. Yes I'm tired of pinging managers and requesting them to take me into a project.

On system we have 2days WFO option in a week but They can't directly say to resign that's why they are doing all these "chochle"
