Trending @Infosys; 4% Hike in 5 Year…
Yeah ..this is the reality ..bigger Brand name like Infosys have no rule for annual hike ..they do it based on their own …..either after 2.5 year or sometime may be after 3 Year ..they have no criteria or rule at all
now after spending 5 year with Infosys have this biggest regret and want to leave ASAP as in beginning it may feel like secure job gurantee but that is not point always ….when a basic inflation cannot be beaten ..and moreover their is no meanings of Quarter meeting and discussion …you might got commendable for 2 consecutive year and in those year company and decided to postpone the annual hike….WTF……
any experienced here have some suggestion if this is something comman with these big brand …as I now religiously trying to switch to some mid rage startup ….as life always have option for new beginning….
It is a big brand but Defintely not for Pay !! Look around its company for average people. It’s run by 10% outstanding folks but other 90% are average people doing average work following instructions . When I walk on floor half the folks are watching movies on Netflix so i can very well understand how much work is there for them. So don’t be under misconception that you have joined a great brand.
Yeah ..That’s true and one who willing to contribute something toward Organization and expect something in return will end up with nothing …as system and process are so big ..
So I feel better to switch where your efforts are counted
