In 3 months notice period, if i put 1 month notice period in naukri portal and got selected, will the recruiters proceed with my offer or reject it?
New company can wait for you.. and you keep searching for other options side by side
Also.. you have to check with your manager not with HR
If your manager agrees to release you early(which is never going to happen) then you can get early release
Depends on how badly the new company needs you, and their company policies. If they want to hire you no matter what, they will look to buy out your notice period and you need not worry in this case (after COVID this has become rare). If they can hire someone else instead of you easily, or they see it as an integrity issue, they will reject your offer. Alternatively, you can inform infosys HR and ask if they can relieve you earlier (don't know the procedure in this case but this should be possible if you were in bench before resigning)
