Received my rating last night, its been reflecting in my icount and infyme both now… could anyone tell how does this works with increment and how much increment does it follow and when?
1- Outstanding 2- Commendable 3- Met Expectations
If you are from STG probably then you will receive hike this year rating only . The reason behind I am saying that because last year people who got hike and who joined as dse / sp in 2022 basically who graduated in 2022 and joined infy as fresher probably got the hike on the basis of cycle oct 22-nov 23 . Most of the dse got the same from different unit as well . Maybe I am assuming but they got the hike on which basis they got I am sure though
How much % of the hike will get based on rating ? How much for Outstanding/Commendable/ ME?
This hike is of 2024 so your previous years rating would be considered 22-23 oct
