Why they force employess to complete self evaluation within 15 days and managers haven't closed it yet.Really annoying..feels like they are jusy waiting when something goes wrong n that day we will evaluate n reduce the rating!!

Doesn’t matter manager has to evaluate based on your performance till September. You can check the status of your form. If it’s with reviewer or AA that means manager has already given rating. He is just waitingff be or final go ahead before communicating it to you

It's shit management even if we work good, but not good with manager he will give bad feedback that one will affect our rating
