Now that 10 days wfo is mandatory, and we see wfh balance in days instead of hours, in the Infy portal.
I'm wondering how the 2nd shift employees will work, sometime ago I read that no employee stays in campus after 8 PM, but 2nd shift ends after 11PM.
No need to stay beyond 8pm. You can login before 2pm , work for 4 hrs , goto home and apply WFH for the remaining hours. Your WFH balance won't be deducted.
We don't see WFH in hours, we have only 10 days WFH balance, how can we apply half of the day as wfh
I feel like this depends on project again, atleast in Chennai I have seen some people staying back after 8 pm and leaving in cab. I also followed this but I later learnt my manager isn't so strict and that I can stay for minimum hours in office
It's already been a year for me since this 10 day WFO started . I guess your unit was kind enough to spare you guys for a year.
I work in 2-11 Shift. I have been following the 10 day office for the last 2 years. Spend at least 3.5 hours in the office. Rest you can apply WFH(if you have balance) or OD.
This is ending for us in a couple of months and we have to work from ODC 2-11 everyday from the office.
You can stay till 11pm as well there are no issues but you need to apply for night stay after 8pm
Cab facility will be provided?
