
This is a step in the right direction. Work from home is not effective. People need to be in office to be productive. Infosys is making the right choice.

Then why infosys doesn't provide compensation according to the tier-I cities. Also the ola uber guys think we have tons of money and in some infy campuses we dont get the sharing autos facility so we have to opt for private taxy or ola/uber. Also in office not having the seat bookings due to high demand.

When there is no parking space at campus, how can we suppose to come?

Cannot speak for others but my productivity is 2x at WFH while compared to when working from office. Also I spend 3hrs (to and fro) whenever I come to office so yeah..

It depends on your team and manager. My entire team is remote.
