Trending @HCL; Years end performance bonus

Hi all,

I have received year end performance bonus 2 years back but it was not mentioned in my compensation letter. But for the next 2 years I didn't get anything like that. When I checked this with HR, they are saying that if it is mentioned in compensation letter only you will receive it like that.

Can anyone help me with this?
