If I resign before May 2025, Will I receive the yearly Performance Bonus that HCL gives in the May's salary?

Even if you put papers before salary cut off date you won’t receive yearly bonus so try to that after 28 may

As per policy, post completion of your annual appraisal cycle, you have to stay in HCL for 60 days. Let me tell you by example, officially annual appraisal cycle ends on 31st March, so you need to be in HCL till May 31st to be eligible for Annual Bonus. You can resign in April to be on a safer side. Just resign on 1st of April.
