I just completed 1 month... Epb paid 100% Now i am seeing on grapevine about epb I am worried about next month epb ??? What is that .... anybody getting 100% everytime??

Actually in starting till first quarter you will get 100% epb after first quarter rating that will decrease to 85-90

For which rating 85 to 90 is given? I've seen few with Rating 8 getting 30%

For first 3 month you will get 100 % and then after all depends on your manager

It depends on your quarterly rating. Dp being the top, follows up with Ep and Gp etc.
