Trending @HCL; Wrong salary received

I got compensation letter where EPB was merged and was effective from1st oct but the salary h received is same as earlier ? When will that be applicable for me in the letter of was mentioned as 1st October..

I don't come under tax slab not filled flexi declaration..

I have noticed my standard salary got decreased by approx 2k. I too have raised the SSD. If they are merging the variable pay then why did they decrease the total salary. So kindly check if your std. Salary has got decreased???

Salary is same but it should increase az epb is merged

Same here ,there is no difference in my pay and I have received the same salary which I have received previous month nd it's mentioned as it's effective from 1st oct in comp letter

which option did you select in SSD?

If you had EPB in your CTC and it was deducted till September, then only you will see any difference in salary.

Yes it was there i joing in July 2024 received letter which is applicable from 1st oct but still same amount also not received variable play for yearly
