All IT service companies are now become payroll firm. All client wants resources to their location
This will add extra pressure and no mileage with employer
I think every one should choose captives only
Well in a way true but not everyone gets scope to go to product based company. Lot of time and energy gets eaten by existing job and if married God bless your soul with kids. Perfect trap for a avg employee not speaking about top ten percent performance people 😕
Only you can do when you have WFH
But if you are working from client location than no time for himself
If you are good in Side hustle,then these service based companies are good ..otherwise no point...
I have invested some money in a sweets shop a couple of years ago....
HCL will give a lot of time to side hustle ,in other companies 14-15 hours of clocking is there ...
