We all know that WFO for 3 days a week is mandatory for E3 and below. For E4 and above, 12 days a month is mandatory but what’s the minimum hours we have to stay in office according to the new policy? Do anyone have any idea about this ? I am actually staying in office for 4 hours as of now. Will this lead to non compliance?

Nothing of the sort. HR policy is not mandating the hours in office as of today. However some accounts are asking their team members to be available for 9 hours. So, if your account and project is okay to have you for 4 hours then it’s fine.

Thanks for the info. I have no restrictions from my project as my project is based out of Noida and I am the only one working from bangalore. I don’t have a permanent place here and the hot seats will be on first come and first serve basis. So I am staying in office for only 4 hours and remaining time working from home.

Less than 9 hours of in time leads to non compliance

You should be in the office for 9.5hrs. Your laptop should be productive min 6 to max 7 hrs in Nippon buddy tool.
