If in HCL anyone doesn't report to the office for at least 12 days a month, I have heard that we can receive EMS from HR but what is this 𝙀𝙈𝙎 can anyone explain?
No they won't terminate until you're getting billed and remember one thing you're an asset for the company and no-one throws their asset until it started burning money so don't worry.
If your management is good with wfh then go ahead, going office & living in a metropolitan area is too hectic. I prefer to work from office only when you feel bad at your home or wants to make connections...
If you are in project they will not do anything?, but if not follow the policies.

If you are billed, you are bringing money to the company. They can't/won't terminate you as it will be a loss to the company. So, just relax.
