Trending @HCL; Will i receive the entire annual variable component?

Hello team,

I recently joined HCLTech with a 4L annual variable component. Will i receive the (4L - tax deducted) or will I be getting like (close to 3.5L - tax deducted) 80-90% of it. I heard from some of the peers in person about it and they mentioned it usually depends on project and company performance over all. And is it calculated based on the financial year or calendar year?

What's your experience been with HCLTech so far?
