You need to be working in a billable project plus need to have a decent rating i think

It's totally dependent on your manager. Otherwise as other user advise, you can switch to new company.

Initially i was a DotNet developer full coding person but since i joined they introduced the client as a fresher currently I'm not billable. My whole experience got wasted and in SharePoint there is not that much coding work only when Custom components get made. Guide me

Nope, this is not the case.

Actually, the company has target to each project about there profit if any case the profit is not not upto the mark they start deduction epb every month to employees of that project to reach near the target or achieve the target seted, this is the real logic behind this deduction, if you ask your rm he/she also not aware about this even they are loosing more, epb+incentive

Based on your quater rating, they compute your EPB calculation. For eg, you were supposed to get 80%. Now they will show it in 2 components in salary. One is full Engagement Bonus amount (100%) and down they will deduct 20% of the same, so that ultimately you will get 80% of EPB . Hope this clarifies.
