Trending @HCL; Why is HCL not giving pay hikes this year?
I recently heard that HCL is not planning to give pay hikes this year, and I'm curious about the reasons behind this decision. Could it be related to the company's financial performance, a shift in their strategic priorities, or perhaps external economic factors? What are your thoughts on how this might impact employee morale and the company's overall productivity?

Well it's only usually 2-3%, so does it even matter?

Yes, it matters because it is our time and hard work we are investing in. Are we not worthy to get a hike the percentage doesn't matter but giving a hike will boost the employees to work harder. Imagine not getting any increment after working for so many days it will depress anyone and it motivates them to not work anymore
