Trending @HCL; Why HCL have very less Leaves

Hi Folks, I have joined HCL last years and I am suffering from HCL leave policy 😢 I have not taken any single leave in whole years beacaus I kept it for my home visit. Total 18 leaves that's it, lowest in all of my previous organizations.

Per month we should get 2 paid leaves, so 24 in an year plus the public holidays. This RH concept is trash, just assign the leaves in fixed.
