Trending @HCL; When will Hcltech roll out the hike?

It's been 2.6 years since I joined, i didn't get any hike but I'm getting a salary cut for taking holidays. When will they give us the hike. It was supposed to be in April.

I'll suggest don't wait and expect much with HCL, better switch to other companies don't waist your valuable years with this crap company.

Most likely No. HCL has been notorious in releasing Hikes. It does not have good reputation when it comes to hikes or appraisals.

Suggestion: Don't keep hope so high. You will get only peanuts.
