I joined HCL in July 2024 in the E3.2 band. I received my performance allowance in the June payroll, but I’m curious about the general timelines and expectations for a salary hike.

Is there a standard cycle for increments for someone in my band, or is it typically tied to the annual appraisal process regardless of joining date? I haven’t received any hikes so far and would love to hear from others with similar experiences.
